Step 1: Registration

Step 2: Create an Event and generate the QR code.
Create an event:
-Fill in events details: Name, Venue, Start & End Date;
-Upload a picture of your event
-Tick the boxes of the information you want to collect from visitors: Full Name , Email,
Mobile Number, Address
-Drag and drop questions types, then fill the details.
Step 3: Download and share your QR code or copy URL.
Once you’ve filled in the needed details, you can click “Generate QR Code”.
-Download your QR code as a high quality PNG file
-Test your QR code by scanning it through your mobile phone
-Post the QR code where it can be seen by your target audience
-Ask your visitors/customers/attendees to scan your QR code

Yes, we understand that the easiness of the platform can help multiple team members to benefit from it including an event planner, a secretary, marketing managers, sales employees or anyone at your organization.
If the date of the event is expired, then it will give an error message to anyone who scans the QR code, please check the settings of the event you created.
Currently it is open to anyone who has an account, and you can create as many events in your account as you wish.
After generating the QR code, you will have your events listed, by clicking on one of your events in the Events tab, you can see the statistics and the list of registered people who scanned and registered.
Yes, for each event you create you will have a unique QR code generated, accordingly you can get multiple QR codes each one is for a specific event.
Simply by going to the event details, you will be able to see the list of registered people. Click on “Export” button, and you will have the list downloaded.
Payment button is suitable when an event organizer wants to collect the money at the event itself. It will help the organizer know how much they collected and if the visitor has paid partially or not. It is a manual process that saves the burden of bank transfer.
